Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you play a vital role in our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential.


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced spoken and written English.
  • Experience in selling services to Western markets.
  • Self-management skills.
  • Be familiar with web and mobile development lifecycle (searching+qualifying+closing stages).
  • Experience with Upwork, Jira, CRM (Hubspot), social networks (Linkedin, Twitter, etc.).
  • Experience of closing medium and big deals.
  • Proactive and always shows strong initiative.
  • Knowledge of business correspondence.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Must have skills and desire to sell. If you could sell us your CV with a cover letter - consider the first stage completed.

  • Search and qualify potential clients (upwork, linkedin, etc.)
  • Business correspondence and video conferences with potential clients.
  • Clarification of the client's requirements (needs) and sales activities (deal closing).
  • Maintaining data, statistics, and reporting on each active client.
  • Report on weekly and monthly progress.
