Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Lead Developer who will join our team to work with different company departments and make corporate dreams come true.

Required skills:

  • Work experience of at least 5 years at the position of Full Stack Web Developer in the stated technologies;
  • Desire and ability to be a mentor for Trainee / Junior Developers;
  • Good communication, management, teamwork skills;
  • Experience with debugging, profiling, and optimization;
  • Solid understanding of common design patterns;
  • Unit testing experience;
  • Fast research and learning skills;
  • At least 4+ commercial JavaScript/TypeScript development experience;
  • Strong JavaScript skills, including latest specifications;
  • Node.js and it’s frameworks: Express / Koa, Nest.js;
  • JavaScript frameworks: React.js, Angular, Vue.js;
  • SQL DBMS: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MS SQL Server;
  • NoSQL DBMS: MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch;
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure;
  • English: B2 + Level.

Will be a plus:

  • Ability to find solutions to non-standard technical problems;
  • Willingness to share your knowledge and skills with junior developers;
  • Experience with containerization approach such as Docker, k8s;
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Build modern and high-quality development process inside the company;
  • Work with Project Managers, Sales Managers and technical tools for project development;
  • Organization and management of development teams, development workflows configuration;
  • Build highly efficient web development team (conducting interviews, communicating and making decisions with HR department, etc.);
  • Introduce and promote company tech side to company clients;
  • Internship;
  • Code review;
  • Making decisions about backend and frontend questions regarding architecture on commercial and company internal projects;
  • Introducing new technologies and approaches to the company;
  • Mentorship of middle/junior backend and frontend developers;
  • Develop general and reused backend and frontend components across the company.
