Hey everyone π

Tip-Top is building an integration with Notero. LinkedRefs is being reworked from the ground up. And one of my Instagram reels hit 15K views.
Here's what happened.

Team & Company News
We updated LinkedIn profiles across the team, specifically the Services section. The goal: every profile that touches clients or leads should clearly communicate what Incode Group does and how we can help.
Updated profiles:
Leadership: Yaroslav Khitrov, Vadym Dykyi, Vitaliy Grebenyk
Lead generation: Yaroslav Baduliak, Oksana Palii, Oleksandr Kuzmenko
Small thing that makes a difference. When a potential client checks your team's LinkedIn before a call, the Services section is often the first thing they read.

Oleh Meleshko: 15K Views on Instagram
Oleh kept posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter this month. One of his Instagram reels hit 15K views, the best result so far. The audience is growing and the format is clicking.

Yollly: 979 Downloads and a Silpo Integration
Yollly keeps growing. We hit 979 downloads across App Store and Google Play this month. Paid subscriptions are still coming in, and the ratio of free to paid users is moving in the right direction.
The biggest news is the Silpo integration. We're building a connection between Yollly and Silpo's ecosystem so users can go from picking a recipe to buying the ingredients in one flow. It's in beta right now, we're testing and improving, but the core mechanic works. This could change how people use the app.
UGC collaborations continued this month. And Threads keeps delivering: we crossed 600K reach this month, which is wild for an app that's still finding its audience.
We also shipped several smaller improvements to the app. Nothing headline-worthy on its own, but the kind of polish that makes the daily experience better.

Notero: Redesign, Localization & TikTok
Notero is going through a bigger change than usual. We started a full redesign of the product, rethinking flows, cleaning up the interface, and planning features that will shape the next version.
Ukrainian localization is live. We're preparing for a push on the Ukrainian market.
On the dev side, the team handled a round of smaller fixes and improvements. And we spent time planning future changes and feature priorities, making sure we build the right things next.
We also kicked off TikTok content production for Notero. We're working on creative video concepts that show the product in action, filmed specifically for short-form platforms.

Demo calls with leads continued this month. Every call teaches us something about what users expect and where the product needs to go.

Tip-Top: Notero Integration & Ukrainian Localization
Two big moves for Tip-Top this month.
We started building an integration with Notero. The idea: when a recruiter runs an interview through Tip-Top, Notero records the meeting, generates a summary, and feeds it back into the candidate's profile. Interview notes without note-taking. We're still in development, but this could be a strong combo.
We added Ukrainian localization to Tip-Top. Same playbook as Notero and Yollly: make the product accessible to the local market first.
We also produced a video walkthrough showing how to use Tip-Top from start to finish. A proper "here's how it works" guide for new users and leads. Useful for onboarding, demos, and social content.

LinkedRefs: Full Redesign in Progress
LinkedRefs is getting a lot of attention this month, but most of it is happening behind the scenes.
We're working on a full redesign of the platform and the website. The current version works, but we want something that looks and feels like the product it's becoming, not the product it started as.
On the feature side, we're building image and video generation for posts, post editing inside the post generator, and a few other things we're not ready to announce yet.

β
We also designed the credit and package logic for the platform. How credits work, what each plan includes, how usage scales. Getting the pricing model right matters more than most product features, so we're taking our time with it.
β
What's Next
We keep moving. September is going to be about finishing what we started in August: Notero redesign, Silpo integration, LinkedRefs relaunch, and Tip-Top x Notero integration. A lot of building, a lot of shipping.
