Oleh Meleshko: On Stage and Online
Two events this month.
July 4, ΠΠ΅ΠΊΠΎΠ½ΡΠ΅ΡΠ΅Π½ΡΡΡ by TopRatedClub (offline). I gave a talk on building a "2nd brain" for IT companies. How we structure knowledge, automate recurring decisions, and use AI tools internally at Incode Group so the team spends less time searching and more time building. Good crowd, good energy, and a few conversations after the stage that were worth more than the talk itself.

July 18, webinar with Tamara Levit via Growth Factory. As a curator at Growth Factory, an educational platform for IT entrepreneurs, I hosted a session on IT sales in 2026: what changed for company owners and sales teams, what works now, and what stopped working. Tamara brings years of experience selling on Upwork and consulting outsourcing companies, so the conversation got very practical very fast.
On the personal brand side, I kept posting actively on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter this month. Reacting, reposting, commenting, staying visible.
We also uploaded the first short videos to Instagram and TikTok. Early results are encouraging: first thousands of views, and the audience is responding. It's a different format from written posts, and I'm still finding the right style. But the engagement tells me it's worth continuing.

Yollly: First Paying Users
This is a big one. Yollly got its first paid subscriptions in July.
Going from free downloads to people actually paying changes how you think about the product. It means someone looked at the free version, got value from it, and decided it was worth paying for more. You can't fake that signal.
On the growth side, we ran 3 UGC collaborations this month. Threads keeps working well for us, we're at 1,200 followers now with consistent reach. Instagram is growing too, approaching 300 followers. Still early, but the audience is building.

Notero: Going Ukrainian
We added Ukrainian localization to Notero this month. We're preparing to push the product to the Ukrainian market, same approach we used with Yollly: start where we know the audience, learn fast, then scale.
β

β
We also packaged the product into a proper sales deck. We wanted a clear, sharp presentation we can use on calls with leads and potential clients. Makes those conversations easier when you can walk someone through the value in 5 minutes.
On the dev side, the team worked through a round of smaller fixes. Nothing flashy, but the kind of stuff that makes the product feel more polished.
70+ new registrations this month. Slower than June, but we were focused on getting the Ukrainian launch ready rather than pushing paid ads.

Tip-Top: Chrome Extension, AI Agent & New Onboarding
Tip-Top had its biggest product month yet.
We shipped a Chrome extension that lets you parse candidates directly from LinkedIn. See a profile you like, click the extension, and the candidate lands in your Tip-Top pipeline. No copy-pasting, no tab switching.

β
We built a new onboarding flow for users. The old one had too much friction, people signed up but got lost before they got to the good stuff. The new one is shorter and gets you to value faster.
We started building an MCP server for Tip-Top. And we embedded an AI agent directly into the platform. You can ask it anything about your data, candidates, positions, pipeline, and get answers instantly without digging through menus or filters.
β

β
On the sales side, we did demo calls with leads this month. Those conversations gave us some important insights about what recruiters and HR teams actually need. A few things we assumed were priorities turned out to be secondary, and a few things we underestimated turned out to be dealbreakers.
110+ registrations in July.

LinkedRefs: Redesign, Templates & Leaderboard
LinkedRefs got a major product push this month.
We redesigned the dashboard to make it easier to navigate. Less clutter, faster access to the metrics that matter.
We updated pricing plans and reworked the onboarding flow, same logic as Tip-Top: reduce friction, get users to value faster.
New features: a post idea generator and a template library so you can create LinkedIn content without starting from a blank page. And we added a leaderboard so you can see how your profile and content stack up.
β

β
We also updated the landing page to reflect all the new stuff.

Piedwork: App Store Update
We pushed a new version to the App Store. You can now manage daily and hourly reports directly from the mobile app. Small update, but it makes field reporting a lot more flexible.

What's Next
We keep moving. New campaigns, product improvements, more partnerships, and a few experiments we're excited to test in August.
