Notero: 225 Users and Two Big Features

Last month we had 170+. Now we're at 225 registered users. Growth is steady, and the funnel keeps improving.

But the real news this month is what we shipped.

Google Calendar integration is live. Connect your calendar, and Notero automatically joins your scheduled meetings, records them, and delivers a summary. No manual setup. This was the most requested feature since launch, and it's finally here.

Meeting summary sharing. After every meeting, Notero can now send the summary to all participants automatically. Everyone who was on the call gets the notes without asking. Saves the "can you send me the recap?" back-and-forth.

On the marketing side, we kicked off an ad collaboration with Bezpontova. We're also actively looking for more partnerships like this. Paid UGC and creator collabs are working, so we're doubling down on finding the right people to work with.

Yollly: 404 Downloads and Threads Explosion

Yollly had its best month yet in terms of reach.

404 downloads across App Store. That number is growing. Also we hit almost 400K reach and gained over 800 new followers in Threads. The content clicked with the audience there in a way we didn't fully expect. We're still figuring out exactly why, but the data is clear: Threads is working for Yollly right now.

‍

‍

We also ran several blogger collaborations this month. Different creators, different formats, all showing the app in their own way. Some performed better than others. We're keeping what works and cutting what doesn't.

Tip-Top: First Google Ads and Demo Calls

Tip-Top entered a new phase this month. We launched our first Google Ads campaigns and started optimizing. Early days, but we're learning what messages land and which audiences convert.

We also kicked off an ad collaboration with Bezpontova for Tip-Top, and we're actively searching for more partnerships to test.

‍

‍

On the product side, a full suite of reports is now live: AI Report (beta), User Activity, Recruiter Statistics, Position Analysis, Rejections, Pipeline Velocity, Vacancy Funnel, Sourcing ROI, and Plan Usage. Basically, everything a recruiter or HR manager needs to understand what's working in their hiring process and where candidates are dropping off.

‍

‍

And we started doing demo calls with leads. Real conversations with real potential users, walking them through the platform. That feedback loop is gold at this stage.

LinkedRefs: Free Tools, Post Generator & a Community

LinkedRefs had a packed month.

We launched new free tools. The idea is simple: give people something useful for free, let them see the value, and they'll come back for the full product.

‍

We shipped the AI post generator on the platform. You can now create LinkedIn posts directly inside LinkedRefs. Pick a topic, adjust the tone, and the AI writes a draft you can edit and publish.

‍

‍

We published several comparison articles positioning LinkedRefs against competitors. Honest breakdowns: what we do better, where others have an edge. People appreciate that kind of transparency.

And we launched a Discord community. A place for LinkedRefs users to share tips, request features, and connect with each other. It's small right now, but that's how all good communities start.

Oleh Meleshko: Going Active on Socials

This month I started posting regularly across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Short takes on building products, running a company, and things he's learning along the way.

We also uploaded the first TikTok videos. New format, new audience, new experiment. Let's see where it goes.

‍

‍

What's Next

We keep moving. New campaigns, product improvements, more partnerships, and a few things we can't talk about yet. July is going to be interesting.
