Hey everyone π
I blinked and May was over. But when I look at what actually shipped, the month was packed.
Notero went from 30 to 170+ registrations. Yollly got its first real App Store reviews. We rebuilt the LinkedRefs landing page and core business logic. Tip-Top shipped 2 features. And I refereed a live debate.
Here's what happened.
β
This Month in 30 Seconds
π Notero: 170+ registrations, calendar integration in progress, UGC program launched.
π Yollly: Ukrainian translation, first App Store reviews, first UGC collab.
π€ Tip-Top: 2 new AI features shipped.
π LinkedRefs: new landing page, major product updates, paid ads coming soon.
π€ I refereed a Products vs Services battle.

Notero: From 30 to 170+ Registrations
Last month I wrote about our first 30 sign-ups and how the funnel was starting to work. In May, we hit 170+.
Google Ads is still our main channel. We kept testing creatives, adjusting audiences, tightening the onboarding. The numbers responded. We got the cost per conversion down to under $6, which at this stage gives us a lot of room to scale.
But the thing I'm most excited about is calendar integration. We're building it right now. Once it's live, Notero will automatically join your scheduled meetings, record them, and deliver a summary. No clicking, no setup. That's a big deal for the product.

We also had our first successful UGC collaboration. A creator filmed a short video showing Notero in action, posted it on their account, and it worked. Real person, real use case, real engagement. On top of that, we launched a dedicated UGC creator page where creators can apply, get a brief, and earn from $30 per video. We're scaling this channel next.

Three things happened with Yollly this month.
We added Ukrainian localization. The app still works in English, but now Ukrainian-speaking users can use it in their native language. A big part of our early audience is from Ukraine, so this was overdue.

β
We got our first App Store reviews. All positive. That feels good, but we're not relaxing. We're watching what users do inside the app just as closely as what they write about it.
β

β
And we kicked off our first UGC collaboration. Same playbook as Notero: give a creator a brief, let them show the product their way. We're learning what works.

Tip-Top: 2 New Features
Tip-Top shipped two features this month.
AI Position Autofill. You paste a job description, and the AI fills in all position fields in seconds. No manual copying between tabs, no reformatting. Paste, review, done.

β
Feature Autosuggestion. When you create a new position, the AI instantly finds the right candidates from your existing database. You already have the people, you just couldn't find them fast enough.

LinkedRefs: Rebuilt and Ready for Paid
LinkedRefs got more work this month than any other product.
We rebuilt the landing page from scratch. We're now prepping for our first paid campaigns, so the page had to convert.
On the product side, we shipped a few things.
We changed how personal profiles and corporate business profiles get verified. You can now invite colleagues into your team workspace.
We launched analytics by publication type with engagement scoring, so you can see which content formats perform best.
And we built a stats layer that shows your best content strategy based on what you've already posted.

Company News
Products vs Services: I Was the Referee
On May 23, I refereed a live battlet: product companies vs service companies. Both sides made good arguments.Β
It was a fun format. Reminded me why I like running a company that does both.

olehmeleshko.com is Live
My personal site finally shipped. One page. What I do, what we've built, the full product lineup, and a Calendly link if you want to chat. Advisory calls, development projects, or just a conversation about what you're building. Book a slot, I'll make time.

What's Next
P.S. I turned 33 on May 28. Got a lot of warm messages from friends, partners, and people I've worked with over the years. Grateful for the people around me, both inside and outside the company.
